Harsh - Where the acids and tannins are high and out of balance.

HDD (Heat Degree Days) – A system viticultralists use to determine the effect of heat on their vineyards.

Honeyed – Used to describe the more developed sweet flavours of aged Semillon and Chardonnay often develops with the introduction of oak.
