Refund Policy


Regional Cellars Pty Ltd offers a high quality delivery service to your home, office or workplace. Your wine delivery has to be signed for personally and must be signed by a person over the age of 18; it will not be left at your door.

A good idea is to have the product shipped to a commercial business address to ensure that your order is received first time therefore minimising missed delivery attempts.We ask that you include any special instructions in the place provided within the order form, this will further help the safe and swift delivery of your product.

Faulty Wine

Regional Cellars is dedicated to bringing some of Australia’s finest wine to your doorstep. If you feel any of the wine you have received from us is faulty in any way please contact our customer support team*.If in the unlikely event that some or all of your wine is broken in transit you should note this on the delivery slip and inform us. We will then claim for insurance and if successful then send you a replacement or refund. If after signing for the delivery of your product you find that a particular wine is corked or spoiled our customer service team will make every effort once Regional Cellars is satisfied that the product is faulty:
  1. Firstly we will replace the wine with another (subject to availability) this will then be shipped out to you free of cost.

  2. If we can not replace the wine with a direct replacement we will contact you and try to find a similar wine that you would be happy in serving as a replacement.

  3. If we can not find any other products that you would be happy receiving as a replacement then we will organise a full refund of amount purchased.

  4. Our ultimate aim here at Regional Cellars is to make our customers happy, with that in mind all complaints are taken seriously and we will go out of our way to make every order successful.
