Refund PolicyRegional Cellars Pty Ltd offers a high quality delivery service to your home, office or workplace. Your wine delivery has to be signed for personally and must be signed by a person over the age of 18; it will not be left at your door. A good idea is to have the product shipped to a commercial business address to ensure that your order is received first time therefore minimising missed delivery attempts.We ask that you include any special instructions in the place provided within the order form, this will further help the safe and swift delivery of your product. Faulty Wine Regional Cellars is dedicated to bringing some of Australia’s finest wine to your doorstep. If you feel any of the wine you have received from us is faulty in any way please contact our customer support team*.If in the unlikely event that some or all of your wine is broken in transit you should note this on the delivery slip and inform us. We will then claim for insurance and if successful then send you a replacement or refund. If after signing for the delivery of your product you find that a particular wine is corked or spoiled our customer service team will make every effort once Regional Cellars is satisfied that the product is faulty:
